What you need to know when on holidays with us

On arrival day, your room is ready for you after 3 p.m.
On departure day, please vacate the room until 10 a.m. Of course, you are welcome to stay longer at our hotel and relax here; we are happy to store your luggage for you in the meantime.

Upon request and at a fee we are happy to organize you a babysitter for your kids. Please make sure to sign up at the front desk well ahead.

In your room, you find one bathrobe per person for your use during the entire duration of your stay.

Please help us protect the environment by using your towels longer than one day. If you need fresh bath towels, simply place the used ones into your bathtub or shower; our cleaning staff will be happy to change them for you.

Breakfast is served daily from 07.30 to 10.30 a.m. in the dining hall. If you have special wishes (early breakfast, special diet, breakfast in your room), simply contact our service staff or our team at the front desk.

You are free to use our photocopier any time. The Wi-Fi on the hotel facilities is free of charge.

• Up to 30 days before arrival the deposit can be used during another stay within the end of the year
• From 29 to 16 days before arrival we charge 30% of the total amount due
• From 15 to 5 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total amount due
• From 5 to 0 days before arrival we charge 100% of the total amount due
• No show: We keep 100% of the deposit and charge the balance due of the total amount of the booking
• In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the booking price due. In this case we will detract the amount of the dinner.

In order to save you from expenses, we recommend our guests to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Please do not park in front of the hotel but use the car park at 200 m distance or the one behind the hotel. More information on our car parks is available at the front desk.

Upon special request, we prepare special children menus and baby food. At our hotel you find high chairs and cots. Upon demand and at a fee we can also organise you a babysitter for your children.

You can settle your hotel bill with Visa, MasterCard and EC or cash card (limited amount). 

Please confirm your booking with a deposit transfer of 30% of the total price. Please find our bank details below.

Dinner is served daily from 7 to 8.30 p.m. in our dining hall. For people with allergies or intolerances we offer dietary alternatives.

Your pet is also welcome here at Conturines! The rate of € 35,00 per day. Please don’t forget to bring the food your pet needs, as it is not included in the rate. We remember you that it is not allowed in the dining room, thank you for your understanding.

On the thermostat in your room, you can regulate the room temperature to match your individual taste.

Our bar is located on the ground floor and open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The rates include half board with breakfast buffet and dinner menu, free use of our spa- and sauna area as well as the free use of our ski depot at the Piz Sorega cable car at the "Ski Rental/Ski Bar" in winter, and a space in the outdoor car park (for an indoor car park, located 200 m from the hotel, we charge 12.00 euro per day in winter and 8.00 euro per day in summer).

At an extra fee, we will take care of your laundry for you; simply contact our team at the front desk.

The line voltage at the hotel is 220 Volt.

Lost property is stored at the front desk.

The extra fee for the New Year’s Eve menu amounts to 70.00 euro per person (above 14 years).

We accept cash payments, EC, Visa and MasterCard.

At 400 m from the hotel and easily reachable by foot, there is a children’s playground.

All rooms are non smoking rooms and they offer bathroom with bathtub or shower, WC, hairdryer, TV, telephone, bathrobe, slippers, beauty products Not Just Bodycare ORIGINALS and WLAN. Most of the rooms also offer a balcony.

If you have special wishes, such as breakfast in the room or other services at a fee, simply dial the no. 9. For the room service we charge 5.00 euro.

Please have a look at the note hanging on your room door indicating how to react in case of fire. This way you can be sure to know how to behave in case of an emergency. Thank you!

On the ground floor you find our little spa oasis with Finnish sauna, steam bath, Kneipp course and relax room. If you wish to book a spa treatment or a massage, simply contact our team at the front desk. We are happy to make an appointment for you in one of the nearby beauty spas and salons.

When on holidays in South Tyrol, you need to pay a tourist tax, applicable for everyone above 14 years of age. The tax amounts to 3.00 euro per person and night.
